OFF BROADWAY HIT "BLUE MAN GROUP" DEBUTS NEW BIT ON REGIS & KELLY

This morning, 7/21, Off Broadway cult classic Blue Man Group made another appearance on television's Live! with Regis & Kelly, where the bald and blue performers debuted a brand new performance piece designed for the group's upcoming 2010-2011 US Theatrical Tour.
Entitled "Screenhopping," the new piece is a hi- tech Vaudeville routine involving three "video pillars" that behave alternatively as mirrors, giant smart phones and doorways into alternate comedic realities. The Blue Men's exploration of this technology evolves into a "cat and mouse" game that seamlessly moves back and forth between the physical and the digital world.
Slated to begin in Fall 2010, the US Theatrical Tour will feature classic Blue Man moments as well as brand new content that will delight audiences and fans young and old. Tour cities and dates are available on www.blueman.com/nationaltour/.
